*Breakfast included and consists in : tea or coffee, cereal, bread or toast, butter, jam, cheese, ham, yogurth and home made delight.

COMMISSION:

The commission will be based on 10% or 15% depending on the number of passengers and according to individual agreements.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 15 days before expected arrival.
Cancellations between 02 and 14 days before expected arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
Those that are canceled the day before the arrival of the passenger will be charged 100%, considered as NO SHOW.

PAYMENT:

To make the booking must be transferred or deposit 50% of the total reservation.
You must send transfer or deposit to the address below and send mail with proof of payment current account.
The balance of 50% must be paid at check out the hostel.

the reservations must be reconfirmed with a week before arriving to the hostal.

All bookings for tours, placed through Hostal DAS ALTE HAUS, not made, or are canceled well in advance (10 days prior to national tours and 17 days prior to international tours), will be charged as NO SHOW which mean full payment of these.
